Shift:36hrs/wk rotating overnight shift. Weekend and holiday requirements.
Location: St. Mary Medical Center - Langhorne PA
Position Purpose
Prepares and dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical supplies using standard professional procedures to fill written or verbal physician orders. Performs all duties of a pharmacist providing professional and ethical service to the patients and employees of the hospital. Adheres to all departmental and hospital policies and procedures.Responsible for managingpharmacy services for Medication/Vaccination clinicsatSt. Mary Medical Centerincoordinationwith a multidisciplinary team. Activities in thisrolemayinclude but are not limited to:rounding with a medical team or physician groups evaluating monitoringand modifyingdrug therapyas necessary providingrecommendations to optimize patient outcomes identifying safety issues ensuringcosteffectiveness as well as providing drug information for medicalpersonnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
PharmD
PA Licensed Pharmacist
Experience preferred
