The Infusion Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to patients at home in accordance with ASHP guidelines and Infusion Pharmacy policies and procedures. Assists in the development and implementation of a safe functional and patient-orientated clinical pharmacy and infusion service under the guidance of Infusion Pharmacy Manager and Director of Infusion Services. When assigned be responsible for the coordination of all infusion production pharmacy operation per policies and procedures and USP 797 guidelines. Oversees technicians coordinates delivery schedules with customer service representatives and warehouse personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. in pharmacy; Pharm D. Preferred
- Licensed to practice in Maryland
- Maryland Pharmacist License
- Minimum of 6 months of infusion experience within the last 3 years
- Thorough knowledge of the uses of IV medications especially their application in the home are setting
- Experience in patient care and patient medication counseling
Salary Range: Minimum $41.09/hour - Maximum $74.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
