About this position:
iWorks is seeking a Personnel Security Analytical Support Specialist to support data-driven personnel security operations through reporting metrics analysis and process improvement initiatives.
*This position is contingent upon contract award.
Salary Range: 84k-94k - commensurate with the candidates skills experience location and qualifications.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Analyze personnel security program data.
- Develop reports dashboards and performance metrics.
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Support risk analysis and decision-making activities.
- Present findings to stakeholders.
Required Education/Qualifications:
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph .
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of analytical experience.
- Experience with reporting metrics and data analysis tools.
- Strong critical-thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting security or compliance programs.
- Advanced reporting and data visualization experience.
