Job Description
Personal Lines Account Manager
Seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of personal insurance experience and a strong ability to manage client relationships policy servicing and renewals in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance accounts
- Process renewals endorsements policy changes and billing inquiries
- Assist clients with coverage reviews and policy recommendations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients carriers and agency partners
- Remarket policies when needed to maintain competitive coverage and pricing
- Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Knowledge of personal insurance coverages including Home Auto Umbrella Flood and Valuable Articles
- Strong communication organization and customer service skills
