Commercial/Personal Customer Service Representative

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial/Personal Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to clients handling both personal and small commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service within the insurance industry excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Base Salary: $55000$65000 (depending on experience)
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
• Commission Opportunities for selling insurance

• Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Process certificates of insurance and manage general customer inquiries
• Support personal lines (75% of accounts) and small commercial accounts (25% of accounts <$20k majority)
• Utilize software tools such as EZLynx RingCentral and AgencyZoom to manage client interactions and documentation
• Collaborate with a team of producers CSRs and a virtual assistant to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain professionalism in all email and phone communications

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in personal and/or commercial lines servicing
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with Erie and Travelers is a significant advantage
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx RingCentral and AgencyZoom preferred
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
