As a Personal Training Manager youll lead by example training clients developing trainers and driving business growth. Youll combine your passion for fitness with your leadership skills to motivate your team achieve results and shape the future of mobile training.

What Youll Do
- Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Train clients of all fitness levels through creative personalized workouts
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of personal trainers
- Drive sales performance and monthly revenue goals
- Coach trainers on program design client retention and performance excellence
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and results
- Represent GYMGUYZ in community partnerships and events Model our core values Determination Respect Integrity Versatility and Excellence (DRIVE) every day
What You Bring
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM ACE ISSA ACSM etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3 - 5 years of fitness management and leadership experience
- Proven sales and client service success in the fitness industry
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Proficiency with scheduling CRM and Microsoft Office tools
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and willingness to travel between sessions
