Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team in Wixom this role you will provide essential support and care to clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report any changes in clients condition to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Document care provided and any relevant observations accurately and timely
• Follow care plans and company policies to deliver consistent high-quality care

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or similar role is an asset but NOT required
• Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable punctual and able to work independently
• Ability to pass background checks
