Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team in Sterling Heights this role you will provide essential care and support to clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers safely.
• Monitor and report changes in clients health or behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client progress.
• Follow care plans and procedures established by healthcare professionals.

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar caregiving role preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed.
• Ability to pass background checks.
