Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team in Pontiac this role you will provide essential care and support to clients helping them with daily activities to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers in a safe and respectful manner.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in clients health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or similar role is a plus.
• Compassionate patient and reliable with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if required).

• Competitive hourly wage: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour paid semi-monthly.
