Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team inPetersburg this role you will provide essential support to clients in their homes helping them with daily activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
• Provide support with meal preparation feeding and medication reminders as needed.
• Help clients with light housekeeping and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Monitor and report changes in clients physical or emotional condition to the care team.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients fostering a positive and respectful relationship.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality care.

• Previous experience in personal support home care or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and reliably in a home setting.
• Compassionate patient and respectful attitude toward clients.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation plus.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 paid twice a month.
