Personal Support Worker

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide support with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
• Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as directed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare team members.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.

• Previous experience in home care or personal support is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Background check is required and valid drivers license.
