Personal Lines Account Manager Team Lead

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager Team Lead to join a growing team. This role has been created to support our recent acquisition and the expansion of our personal lines book of business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in personal lines insurance leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This is an in-office position offering the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a laid-back results-driven environment.

• Salary: $70000 - $90000 annually based on experience
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunities

• Lead and manage the personal lines team ensuring efficient and effective operations
• Oversee the servicing of personal lines accounts including quoting renewals and policy changes
• Handle a range of accounts primarily standard personal lines with some exposure to high-net-worth clients
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members fostering professional growth and development
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Department Manager to align team goals with overall agency objectives
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Licenses: Active 2-20 or 20-44 license required
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance with a proven track record of success
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Soft Skills: Strong communication problem-solving organizational and interpersonal skills
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus
• Work Environment: Must be able to work in-office; relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate
