Seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role offers the opportunity to operate with a high degree of autonomy essentially running your own business within an established position is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a flexible client-focused environment.

• Commission Structure:
  • New Business: 80% commission
  • Renewals:
    • 20% for accounts under $100k
    • 30% for accounts between $100k-$500k
    • 40% for accounts over $500k
  • Enhanced Commission Option: Once renewals exceed new business the structure shifts to 70% for new business and 50% for renewals.

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Quote sell and bind personal lines insurance policies.
• Collaborate with the service team to transition bound policies for ongoing account management.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing honest client-focused advice and solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and carrier offerings to provide the best options for clients.
• Participate in networking opportunities to expand your client base.

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License.
• Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; entrepreneurial mindset is key.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EzLynx is preferred.
