Seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced phone-sales environment and are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. You will be responsible for generating new business through cold-calling dealership leads and leveraging warm leads from an extensive network.

• Base Salary: $41400 annually
• Commission:
  • 20% on revenue of new business
  • 5% on renewals

• Generate new business through cold-calling dealership leads and warm leads from our network.
• Provide quotes for new business across various personal lines including Home Auto Umbrella and Recreational Lines.
• Utilize multiple systems including Salesforce carrier portals and EPIC to manage client information and sales processes.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Open to varying levels of experience; coachability and a willingness to learn are key.
• Technical Skills: Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems (Salesforce EPIC carrier portals).
• Sales Skills: Strong phone-sales skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
