Personal Lines Producer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients providing prompt and professional service
• Review and analyze clients insurance needs and provide suitable coverage recommendations
• Negotiate with carriers for competitive pricing and coverage options
• Process new business renewals endorsements and other policy changes accurately and efficiently
• Keep clients informed about industry trends coverage enhancements and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and account rounding opportunities
• Assist with claims advocacy and resolution when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and underwriting guidelines

• 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
• Proven track record of account management and client retention
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products coverage options and underwriting principles
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
