Personal Lines Account Manager - High Net Worth (HNW) Lead

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager - High Net Worth (HNW) Lead to join a dynamic and collaborative team. • Salary Range: $60000 - $80000 annually
• Commissions: 20% on new business; 10% on renewals for accounts generating over $5000 in revenue
• Health Benefits: 50% of healthcare costs covered

• Provide white-glove service to high-value personal lines accounts including standard and high-net-worth clients.
• Manage a portfolio of 10-15 renewals per month ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Quote and negotiate new and renewal business delivering tailored proposals to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with carriers such as Travelers Hartford Safeco AMtrust Progressive Liberty Mutual Cincinnati Auto-Owners and Western Reserve.
• Utilize EPIC and High Level software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
• Proactively handle new business inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a deep understanding of carrier products and guidelines to ensure optimal client solutions.

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of tenure in personal lines insurance; 3-5 years of experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and High Level software is required.
• Geographic Requirement: Must reside in the Midwest (OH KY PA).
