Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (PL CSR)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (PL CSR) to join a growing team. This role is an integral part of a Personal Lines department which consists of three teams: Sales Quoting Specialists and Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance servicing a proactive approach to client management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50000 - $65000 annually
• Incentives: 20% commission on any account rounding and new business brought into the agency

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of policy servicing including policy changes endorsements and renewals
• Provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of approximately 6000 clients with $20M in premiums
• Collaborate with the Sales and Quoting Specialist teams to ensure seamless client experiences
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client coverage
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; candidates with experience at NJM are highly preferred
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is a significant advantage but not mandatory
• Work Schedule: Hybrid role with in-office presence required on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Soft Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving abilities
