Office work involves working at a desk most of the time using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Typing grasping and repetitive motion typically isrequiredevery day and walking and standing arerequiredoccasionally.

Primary Responsibilities
- Setupandmaintainaccurateaccount details contacts and policy information in EPIC
- Process renewals endorsement acknowledgmentscancellationsand proofs of insurance
- Attach organize and name documents in EPIC
- Initiate endorsements proofs of insurance and invoices
- Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers including BOR client pre-renewal letters proposal letters change request etc.
- Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable teammember
Other Responsibilities as applicable
- May pullitems such as MVR CLUES Risk Meters RCE etc.
- Generate and send renewalproofs if requested
- Check policy per policy check workflow and complete checklist
- Check endorsement against request
- Document maintenance/retrieval
- Other responsibilities as applicable
Work Experience
- 0-2years experience in Personal Property and Casualty
Professional Licenses/Certifications
- Licensed or obtainingstateProperty & Casualty insurance licensewithin a specified time frame.
Essential Skills/Competencies
- Knowledge of Excel Word and other MS Office products to include basic formatting
- Able to learn coverage fundamentals.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients. Able to quickly find common ground and solve problems.
- Seeksto obtain industry information new product information coverage and technology to continuously improveknowledgeperformance.
- Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to follow a well-established and familiar set of activities and/orprocessto derive a solution.
- Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure effectivetimely and efficient service delivery.
- Works to achieve statedobjectivesanddeliversresultsatthe close direction of a senior team member.
