Personal Lines Agent (Inbound and Outbound)
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and licensed Personal Lines Agent to join a growing team. This role involves a mix of inbound and outbound sales servicing accounts and managing a book of business. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to prospecting networking and generating their own leads while also handling incoming leads. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45000 - $55000 (DOE)
- Commissions: Earn commissions on new business generated through your own marketing referrals and networking efforts.
Responsibilities
- Prospect network and generate leads to build and grow your book of business.
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Service and manage existing accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Quote new and renewal business using AgencyZoom software.
- Maintain a professional and client-focused approach to all interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance sales or account management.
- Proven ability to prospect network and generate leads independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with AgencyZoom software is a plus.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.
