Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. • Salary Range: $40000 - $55000 annually (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

• Work Environment: Primarily on-site with potential for hybrid work (2-3 days in-office) after an initial period

• Manage personal lines accounts including standard personal lines policies
• Handle endorsements and provide true Account Manager (AM) support
• Quote new and renewal business as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal and/or commercial lines
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred
