Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing client relationships by providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse book of business.

• Salary: $50000 annually (based on a 36.25-hour workweek) commission opportunities

• Manage a book of business with approximately 400-500 accounts totaling $2.5 million in premium.
• Handle all aspects of client service including rating re-rating policy changes billing inquiries and client communications.
• Address client needs for both new and renewal business (90% service existing accounts 10% new business).
• Work with a range of accounts from $200 to $15000 in premium with an average account size of $5000.
• Collaborate with top carriers such as Grange Westfield and Safeco.
• Utilize the Zywave PartnerXe agency management system to manage client information and workflows.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in personal lines insurance or a related field.
• Familiarity with top carriers such as Grange Westfield and Safeco is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and think critically to solve problems.
• Reliable hardworking and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
