Client Manager Personal Insurance (Remote)
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Client Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal insurance with a proven ability to manage and service a book of business effectively. This role involves handling renewals remarketing accounts obtaining quotes from multiple carriers conducting coverage reviews and identifying opportunities for account rounding. - Salary Range: $60000 - $70000 annually

- Manage and service a designated book of personal insurance business.
- Handle policy renewals ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Remarket accounts as needed to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
- Obtain and compare quotes from multiple carriers to provide optimal solutions.
- Conduct thorough coverage reviews to ensure clients have appropriate protection.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account rounding to enhance client portfolios.
- Utilize systems such as Applied Epic EZLynx ACS2000 and Epic Quotes to manage workflows efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
- Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Proficiency in insurance management systems including Applied Epic EZLynx ACS2000 and Epic Quotes.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
