Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the agencys success as you will manage a high-volume book of business provide exceptional service to clients and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.

• Manage a high-volume book of business including quoting renewing and servicing personal lines accounts.
• Handle the full account management process ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Work with real estate investors property accounts and other small commercial accounts.
• Utilize agency management software (Nowcerts - Momentum) and CRM (Agency Zoom) to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in occasional in-office training sessions and company events.

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 3-5 years of personal lines account management experience with a strong understanding of E&S coastal markets.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software and CRM systems.
