Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing mid-sized agency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment providing exceptional service to clients while supporting the agencys continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance including quoting marketing proposals and carrier negotiations and will thrive in a collaborative work environment.

• Salary: Up to $65000 annually commensurate with experience.

• Quote and market new and renewal business for personal lines accounts.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
• Collaborate closely with producers to ensure seamless client service and account management.
• Maintain and update client information in the EPIC software system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and carrier offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions.

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal lines insurance including quoting marketing and carrier negotiations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
• Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
