Personal Lines Account Manager FULLY REMOTE

The role is primarily focused on servicing accounts with no sales quotas. However if you have a passion for sales there is room to explore that aspect as well. This role looking for someone who is detail-oriented possesses strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

• Salary Range: $65000 - $85000 annually based on experience.

• Provide exceptional service to personal lines insurance clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Manage and maintain relationships with insurers acting as a liaison to address client concerns and inquiries.
• Handle daily account servicing tasks including policy changes renewals and claims assistance.
• Utilize PL Rater software to manage accounts efficiently.
• Optional: Engage in sales activities (approximately 20% of the role) if desired though this is not a requirement.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license is a bonus.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance with a preference for candidates who have worked in a captive (not independent) environment.
• Familiarity with PL Rater software is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
• A stable work history with a commitment to long-term growth within an organization.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
