Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a book of Personal Lines business providing exceptional client service and ensuring seamless policy administration. • Salary: $44000 - $60000 (commensurate with experience)

• Provide A-Z servicing of a Personal Lines book of business.
• Handle policy changes endorsements and renewals.
• Conduct coverage reviews and ensure client satisfaction.
• Work directly with carriers to address client needs.
• Support producers as needed.
• Learn and manage Farm insurance (training provided).

• Must Have:
  • Minimum of 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Preferred:
  • Experience in an independent agency setting.
  • Willingness to learn Farm insurance if not already experienced.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Highly organized and dependable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
