Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves servicing a book of clients handling client requests remarketing policies and writing new business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented courteous and possess a strong background in personal lines insurance.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $45000 - $55000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to a book of personal lines clients.
- Handle client inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Re-market policies to ensure clients receive the best coverage and rates.
- Write new policies for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with various insurance companies to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using the EPIC Agency Management System.
- Stay compliant with New Jersey licensing and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must hold a valid New Jersey insurance license.
- Previous experience in personal lines insurance is required.
- Familiarity with the EPIC Agency Management System is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in the NJ office four days per week with one remote workday.
