Personal Lines Account Assistant (Growth Track)
Franklin TN (Onsite) Full-Time
$45000$55000 Performance Bonus

Were looking for someone who is detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn with a strong desire to build a long-term career in personal lines.
What Youll Do
- Partner closely with Account Executives to service an established book of business
- Communicate with clients regarding policy updates billing questions and service requests
- Deliver a responsive high-quality client experience
- Process endorsements and ensure accurate policy maintenance
- Review daily downloads and track policy changes
- Assist with billing updates and account management
- Coordinate with carriers and underwriting teams
- Support internal workflows to keep service efficient and timely
- Begin managing a small book of business as you grow into the role
- Build foundational knowledge in coverages carriers and client strategy
What Were Looking For
- 1 year of Personal Lines insurance experience
- Active Tennessee Property & Casualty License
- Experience with AMS360 is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive accountable and eager to learn
- Positive team-oriented mindset
- Motivated to grow into a full Account Executive role
