• Salary Range: $50000 - $80000
• Incentives: 25% commission on new business

• Provide full-service account management for personal lines insurance including home auto umbrella and other standard policies
• Handle accounts with premiums up to $10000 (average $2000)
• Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with carriers such as Arbella Andover CNA Foremost Travelers Progressive and Chubb
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Licensure: Massachusetts Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in personal lines account management; open to candidates with captive insurance experience
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred
• Language Skills: Spanish-speaking candidates are highly desirable
• Work Style: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage accounts independently from start to finish
