• Salary Range: $60000 - $75000 (flexible based on experience)

• Manage a book of business.
• Provide full-service account management including quoting new and renewal business.
• Handle all aspects of personal lines accounts with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple office locations to ensure seamless operations.
• Solicit and secure new business opportunities to grow the book of business.
• Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license highly preferred; must be willing to obtain if not currently licensed.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager (open to candidates with captive experience).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
• Account Knowledge: Familiarity with standard personal lines accounts with sizes ranging up to $10000 (average $4000).
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Work Location: Must be able to work onsite; no remote work is available for this position.
