Personal Injury Supervisor
Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Supervise mentor and develop a team of Personal Injury Case Managers.
- Monitor caseloads productivity and performance to ensure cases progress efficiently.
- Train and onboard new Case Managers on firm procedures and best practices.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of case files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Order track and obtain medical records and billing from healthcare providers.
- Follow up with hospitals physicians imaging centers and other providers regarding outstanding record requests.
- Review medical records billing and supporting documentation for completeness.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim status medical documentation liability and settlement negotiations.
- Coordinate with attorneys clients medical providers and insurance companies throughout the life of each case.
- Resolve escalated client concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure all case activity is accurately documented within the firms case management software.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and team efficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of personal injury case management experience required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience ordering medical records and medical billing.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims and the personal injury pre-litigation process.
- Excellent leadership coaching and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with case management software preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Required Skills:
