Location: Clifton NJ Work on-site in a collaborative office where youll partner closely with attorneys and fellow legal professionals.

Note: Candidates must have at least 2 years of litigation experience. Personal injury law experience is strongly preferred but experienced litigation paralegals from other practice areas with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation.
• Draft and prepare pleadings discovery correspondence subpoenas and legal documents.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
• Coordinate medical records expert reports and litigation deadlines.
• Assist with trial preparation depositions mediations and court filings.
• Communicate with clients medical providers experts insurance carriers and court personnel.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of case milestones.

Qualifications

• 2 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• 1 year of personal injury law experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience drafting litigation documents and managing deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
