Are you an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal looking to join a fast-paced client-focused law firm We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury cases.

The ideal candidate has experience handling plaintiffs personal injury matters thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping clients navigate the legal process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with all phases of plaintiffs personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
  • Draft legal documents pleadings discovery requests and responses correspondence and demand packages.
  • Order review and organize medical records and bills.
  • Maintain and update case files in the firms case management system.
  • Communicate with clients insurance adjusters medical providers and opposing counsel.
  • Schedule depositions mediations hearings and client appointments.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of case-related tasks.
  • Assist with trial preparation including exhibit organization and witness coordination.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular case updates to attorneys.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of plaintiffs personal injury paralegal experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the personal injury litigation process.
  • Experience drafting legal documents and managing case files.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management software.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience preparing settlement demands.
  • Experience with medical record and billing review.
  • Trial preparation experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Illinois court procedures and e-filing.
