Pay: $120000.00 - $180000.00 per year

Location: Roseland NJ (Hybrid). Enjoy a flexible schedule with four days in the office and one remote workday each week.

Note: Applicants must be admitted to practice law in New Jersey and have at least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience. Medical malpractice experience is highly preferred.

Job Description

• Handle a personal caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings motions briefs discovery requests and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Manage discovery depositions and client communications.
• Attend court appearances hearings mediations and settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex medical malpractice and catastrophic injury matters.
• Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation.
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional advocacy.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Bar license required.
• 2 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong legal research writing and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting motions pleadings and discovery.
• Excellent communication and case management abilities.
• Medical malpractice experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented litigation environment.
