Job Description

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters including complex and high-exposure cases
• Evaluate claims assess liability and damages and develop litigation strategy
• Draft pleadings motions discovery and legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Appear in court for hearings conferences and other proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients experts and opposing counsel
• Collaborate closely with attorneys paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 4 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong writing analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively within a team
• Experience in plaintiff defense in-house or solo practice environments considered
