Note: Must have an active Bar license in California and/or Nevada 6 years of plaintiff personal injury experience and the ability to independently manage personal injury litigation matters. First-chair civil jury trial experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases through all stages of litigation.
• Perform in-depth analysis of liability damages evidence and case strategy.
• Draft review and file discovery motions oppositions and other critical litigation documents.
• Draft and argue substantive motions including oppositions to motions for summary judgment.
• Negotiate effectively with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide clear case updates.
• Serve as first chair in civil jury trials and lead courtroom strategy.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs and litigation documents.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy independently while collaborating with attorneys paralegals and legal support staff.
• Manage multiple cases deadlines and competing priorities while maintaining excellent client service and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active Bar license in California and/or Nevada and in good standing.
• 6 years of directly relevant plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of state laws regulations and civil litigation procedures.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing personal injury cases.
• First-chair civil jury trial experience preferred.
• Strong legal research writing analytical negotiation and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to develop case strategy and advocate effectively for clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while working with a high degree of independence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
