Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

About Us:
Were seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism strong litigation skills and a minimum of 3 years of legal experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of litigation including drafting complaints responding to discovery and arguing motions.
Prepare concise memoranda with recommendations.
Collaborate with colleagues on policy implementation and process improvements.
Communicate effectively with clients providing options strategies and solutions.

Requirements:

Law degree from an A.B.A. accredited school with excellent academic credentials.
3 years of legal experience.
Strong persuasive writing and analytical skills.
Prior experience in summarizing records drafting briefs and conducting depositions.
Familiarity with California Law and a valid California State Bar number.

Full-time position with an 8-hour shift.

Location:

In-person work in Glendale CA 91210. Relocation required.
