Personal Injury Case Manager

About the Role:

A growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the life of their cases working closely with attorneys medical providers insurance companies and support staff to ensure matters progress efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the personal injury claims process.
  • Conduct client intake and gather accident-related information and documentation.
  • Open and manage insurance claims with carriers and adjusters.
  • Request track and organize medical records bills and supporting documentation.
  • Assist clients with scheduling and coordinating medical treatment appointments.
  • Draft demand packages and related correspondence.
  • Support attorneys with lawsuit filings and litigation-related case preparation.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case developments and status updates.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
  • Conduct research and gather information related to case matters as needed.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies medical providers and other parties involved in the claims process.
  • Ensure deadlines tasks and case milestones are properly tracked and completed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury claims and case management procedures.
  • Experience working with insurance companies medical providers and client communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff.
