Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you there is no cap.
ORIGINATION BONUS UNCAPPED PAID ON EVERY CASE YOU BRING IN
Refer a case to the firm and earn one-third of the firms fee at resolution on top of your regular compensation. Most firms reserve this for partners. We offer it to every attorney from day one.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
DM Injury Law is one of the fastest-growing personal injury firms in the Midwest 70 attorneys 200 support staff and offices across 10 markets including Kansas City St. Louis Denver Omaha and Oklahoma City. Weve secured multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for clients across every market we serve.

This role sits inside our St. Louis office. Youll carry a personal injury pre-litigation caseload building client relationships negotiating with insurers and moving cases toward resolution. Dedicated paralegals case managers and intake staff handle the administrative load so your time stays on law.

WHAT YOULL DO
  • Manage a personal injury pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and resolution
  • Build and maintain client relationships through consistent proactive communication
  • Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to maximize client recovery
  • Draft demand letters settlement agreements correspondence and legal documents
  • Collaborate with and direct paralegal and case management staff in the St. Louis office
  • Develop referral relationships that grow your book of business and your income
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
  • Active Missouri Bar license required
  • At least one year of personal injury experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background considered
  • Eligibility to obtain Illinois Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity)
  • Genuine client-first orientation you understand how a case outcome affects someones life
  • Organized and self-directed in a high-volume environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with legal technology and case management platforms
