Job Position: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Los Angeles & Orange County California
Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 3 days in office per week)

Compensation: $220000 Base Salary 10% Guaranteed Year-End Bonus
Experience Required: 4 Years
Bar Admission: Active California Bar License Required

• Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through settlement arbitration or trial.
• Conduct case evaluations liability analysis and damages assessments.
• Draft and review pleadings motions discovery requests responses and settlement demands.
• Take and defend depositions attend mediations and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Develop litigation strategies and work closely with experts medical providers and investigators.
• Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
• Maintain consistent client communication and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with partners paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.
• Stay current on California personal injury laws procedural rules and litigation trends.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 4 years of personal injury experience.
