Location: Garland TX (Dallas area) Full-time fully on-site in a professional office where youll work closely with an experienced litigation team.

Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have 4 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience including first-chair trial experience.

Job Description

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from lawsuit filing through final resolution.
• Serve as first-chair trial attorney in jury trials.
• Develop litigation strategies that maximize client recoveries.
• Draft demands pleadings motions and discovery.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Represent clients at hearings mediations settlement conferences and trial.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Evaluate liability damages and settlement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional legal representation.
• Collaborate with attorneys paralegals and litigation support staff.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• 4 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Proven first-chair jury trial experience.
• Strong understanding of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
• Experience drafting demands pleadings motions and other litigation documents.
• Excellent courtroom negotiation legal writing and research skills.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
