Location

This role is fully on-site in Columbus OH offering the chance to immerse yourself in a collaborative office environment.

Note

Must have 1 years of personal injury law experience; strong candidates with 2 years preferred. This role requires being onsite; hybrid or remote arrangements are not available.

Job Description

• Manage cases from intake through trial with full ownership.
• Conduct client consultations draft pleadings and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with medical experts co-counsel and support staff to maximize outcomes.
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.
• Advocate in court as needed including motions and trial appearances.

Qualifications

• 1 years personal injury legal experience; 2 years preferred.
• Strong litigation negotiation and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases independently and efficiently.
• Licensed to practice in Ohio or eligible to transfer license.
