Note: Applicants must be actively licensed to practice law in New Jersey and have at least 2 years of litigation experience. Personal injury litigation experience is strongly preferred but experienced civil litigators with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct depositions court appearances mediations arbitrations and settlement negotiations.
• Draft pleadings motions discovery and other litigation documents.
• Develop case strategy and work closely with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with attorneys paralegals experts and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
• Evaluate claims analyze evidence and advocate aggressively on behalf of injured clients.
• Maintain strong client communication and provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Bar license.
• 2 years of litigation experience.
• 1 year of personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Strong legal writing communication negotiation and case management skills.
• Courtroom deposition and motion practice experience is highly valued.
• Desire to build a long-term career in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
