Pay: $150000.00 - $220000.00 per year

Location: Sacramento California Work alongside an experienced litigation team in a collaborative fully on-site office serving clients throughout Northern California.

Note: Active California Bar license and at least 2 years of litigation experience are required. Personal injury litigation experience is preferred but not required. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Job Description

• Manage litigation matters involving personal injury claims throughout Northern California.
• Handle cases from filing through resolution including discovery motion practice depositions mediation and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings motions discovery requests responses and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings depositions mediations and settlement conferences.
• Evaluate liability damages and case strategy.
• Communicate regularly with clients opposing counsel insurance carriers experts and medical providers.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to deliver outstanding client results.
• Maintain organized case files while managing multiple litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• 2 years of litigation experience required.
• Personal injury litigation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong legal writing research and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
• Self-motivated professional and team-oriented.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
