Job Description

• Represent clients in personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Manage an active caseload with appropriate supervision based on experience level.
• Meet with clients evaluate claims and provide legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Draft pleadings motions discovery correspondence and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare cases for mediation settlement negotiations and trial.
• Communicate regularly with clients opposing counsel insurance adjusters medical providers and experts.
• Attend court hearings depositions mediations and other litigation proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required.
• Professional fluency in Spanish required.
• Personal injury experience preferred but not required.
• Strong legal writing communication and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to client advocacy.
