• Develop and maintain membership for Legacys Wellness Program
• Perform and document LiveFit services with residents following companys policy and procedures under guidance of the Rehabilitation Director/Area Rehab Director.
• Provide personal fitness through Legacys LiveFit program and completes required billing and documentation.
• Deliver LiveFit treatment plans in accordance with Legacys programs. Fitness plans will be developed to improve health fitness levels and meet the members fitness goals.
• Provide group fitness and wellness services through our LiveFit Program.

This individual will play a vital role in promoting wellness independence and overall functionality among our senior resident population. The Personal Fitness trainer / Rehab Tech will provide a fun and challenging experience and will discuss motivate and teach the fitness member to improve and maintain their fitness and strength. The Personal Fitness Trainer / Rehab Tech is responsible for identifying goals delivering tailored exercise plans for personal fitness and group sessions in accordance with Legacys program structure. The Personal Fitness Trainer / Rehab Tech will assist with marketing the LiveFit program to increase membership.

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• College graduate preferred with bachelors degree in related field of study such as exercise science kinesiology etc.
• Current personal training or group fitness certification from a nationally recognized and accredited organization (ACSM NSCA NASM ACE ISSA) is required.
• Preferred 1 year personal training or group fitness experience
• Previous experience with senior population desirable.
• Customer service skills to deliver an exemplary experience.
• CPR/AED Certification must be current and
