Position Summary

As a Personal Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the Rental Operations Team by conducting property inspections assisting homeowners and guests coordinating property-related needs and performing a variety of administrative and office support functions. Success in this position requires strong communication skills attention to detail excellent time management and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role candidates should possess:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• One to two years of customer service hospitality administrative or related experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Track PMS or similar property management software is preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a background screening
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing speaking seeing sitting walking standing driving bending and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs. reading comprehension analytical thinking problem solving legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.

Machines/Equipment/Licenses: Reliable transportation with valid active NC driver license proper insurance and inspections (as required in company guidelines); computers copiers all office equipment.

Work Environment: Office work with exposure to outside weather conditions as warranted; climbing flights of steps inside and out fast paced at times mentally strenuous; shifting priorities due to changing needs and situations with little to no notice maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic walking in soft sand.

Hours: Part-time year-round position. Weekends and holidays are required. Overtime may be required. Regular punctual attendance is required.

Salary Range: Pay based on experience and proven ability determined by Rental Manager.
