Personal Care Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in Auburn Hills MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence in a safe and comfortable environment.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns promptly.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and document services provided accurately.
• Communicate effectively with clients their families and healthcare professionals.

• Previous experience in personal care or a related field is a plus but not necessary.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable empathetic and patient demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Must pass background checks.
