As a Home Care PCA with Trinity at Home youll have the rewarding opportunity to provide personalized and compassionate care to residents within their homes. Your work will contribute to their comfort and well-being ensuring they receive high-quality support in a nurturing environment. Flexible scheduling is available to meet your needs with all shifts open.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming.
• Monitor clients health and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Help residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
• Ensure a clean and safe living environment.
