Personal Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in Rochester MI. This role involves helping clients with daily living activities to promote their independence and well-being.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in the clients health or behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.

• Previous experience in a caregiving role is a plus.
• Compassionate patient and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus.

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00.
